NOWhere Limited is pleased to present "DELUXE," a solo show of new mixed media by Ian Millard! "DELUXE" features a multitude of original works as well as limited editions on canvas, paper, cardboard and found objects.

Two brand new series by Millard will be unveiled at this exhibit:
"Train Tags," inspired by a long train briefly stationed in downtown Denver and "Planning the Attack," a modern take on the Old West.

Millard, one of Denver's most prolific contemporary artists, has been creating limited edition fine art prints since 2002. In his latest body of work, he mixes relief printing, like linoleum- and wood- cuts, with other media including gel transfer, spraypaint and hand-cut stencils. Ian's innovation extends into imagery as well; his recent subject matters range from collages incorporating comic and advertising snippets to rock posters to historical buildings.

If you're in the Denver area, you may have seen his experiments in street art, where the artist left pieces around the city, free for the finding. Recent sell-out editions by the artist include "Gates Factory," a tribute to a now-lost local landmark and "Good Day / Great Day," a special A/P edition of which will be available during "DELUXE."
